You can check and download your receipt on this site in "Orders" on your account section. Just select the order you want to consult and click on the respective receipt. You must be logged in to access this function. 

If you want to return an item just download the return form, fill it in and send it with your item to the address indicated on the form. To be accepted, returns must respect the rules detailed in our Terms & Conditions page.

We will credit the respective amount in the following 15 days after receiving the item(s) returned. The amount will be credited to  the same credit/debit card account used to buy the item.

Every year we launch a new collection that is restocked regularly during that same year. Depending on the item and production timings from our suppliers, restocking frequency may vary. Items from past collections will not be restocked.

We have our own shops in Olbia and San Teodoro in Sardinia. You can also find DolceQuela's products in selected stores around Europe.
